Levels, Coins, and Ascend

How Coins, XP, the level-100 Ascend label, and the second ascent for TesterPensil fit the downhill loop.

Runs pay Coins and XP. Coins are the currency for cosmetics. XP raises the level shown on the HUD. Nothing in the official description says a higher level makes the skis faster.

What a run pays

Finish the hill, land tricks, and pick up Coins on the slope. A beginner guide says a wipeout still grants some XP and Coins and sends you back to the hub. Air combo value does not carry through a BAD LANDING. Trick chains are worth it when you land them. They are a loss when they cause the crash.

A party prompt has been shown as +10% Coins and +10% XP for each friend in the group. 2x Coins (reported at R$ 99) and 2x XP (reported at R$ 49) are shop passes, not code rewards.

The level label

Footage describes the indicator starting at 1, SURVIVOR, with LVL 100: ASCEND as a marked milestone. On a short published by a channel that links the official game, a reply to a rebirth question was: get level 100 and ascend.

That is the supported threshold. It does not say what numbers change after you ascend. Guides that promise unnamed permanent bonuses, or a calendar of boosted XP events, do not name the bonus or the event. Ignore those until the game shows them.

TesterPensil is described separately as an unlock for ascending twice, at level 200. Purple Nebula is described as a Mythic unlock at 100 Ascend, with a trail, and as a permanent unlock once earned. The Skins menu is where those progress counts were said to appear.

Titles and Season 1

The profile menu includes a Titles tab and a Season 1 tab. The only title with a published source is Skier Title, from the code iloveskiing. Season 1 contents are not listed in the material used here. Open the tab in game rather than following a guessed reward track.

A practical order

  1. Learn one finish you can repeat.
  2. Add landed tricks on jumps that already fit that line.
  3. Spend early Coins after you know which trail you actually want. 1,500 Coins from alpha1 is enough to look at coin stands such as Prism Low Poly at 200 Coins, and not enough to assume a full collection.
  4. At level 100, read the Ascend prompt before you confirm. If you care about TesterPensil, plan on a second ascent around level 200, and do not salvage that unlock while you are still climbing.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is SKI (ALPHA)?

SKI (ALPHA) is a free Roblox downhill skiing game by the SKΙ group. You ski a steep course, keep your speed, land tricks, race other players, and chase faster times. Crashing costs the run.

Do skins make you faster?

Most guides describe skins, trails, and crates as cosmetics, and one beginner guide says unlocks do not change the footing of a run. A separate pedestal writeup claims Banana! and Lightning include a +15% speed perk and disagrees on their rarity. Read the text on the stand in your current server before you treat any ski as a speed upgrade.

When can I ascend?

The level readout has been shown as 1, SURVIVOR, with LVL 100: ASCEND as the milestone. A player reply on a game clip also said to reach level 100 and ascend. TesterPensil is described as an unlock for ascending twice, at level 200. What Ascend pays out after the reset is not published, so do not assume a permanent stat bonus.

Is there a confirmed Discord invite?

Code writeups say new codes are shared in the game's Discord, and some say the game page links it. This wiki does not have a verified invite URL, so use the Roblox game page and the SKΙ community instead of an unverified invite.
