Skins and trails change how you look on the hill. Crates, the coin shop, Robux bundles, codes, and Ascend milestones are the reported ways to get them. Equip from the profile menu after the item is in your inventory.
Where the stands are
The Skins & Crates station is in the hub near the leaderboards, a short walk past Quests and the Crews stall. The sign is readable from the ground. The platform is raised and shows sample skis.
- Stand at a skin pedestal and press E for the buy prompt, or Q to gift that skin.
- At the crate platform, E opens the Crate Shop.
- A SKINS & CRATES DAILY REWARD board is in the same area. What it pays was not shown in the footage writeup.
The top-bar Shop, opened from the cart icon, is a different menu. That is where the Neon Space Sword bundle, 2x passes, and Air Bag were listed. Do not expect every cosmetic to be inside a crate.
Equip a skin
- Open the profile menu. Tabs reported there include Profile, Season 1, Titles (also described as Noob Titles), Skins, Crates, Tricks, and Codes.
- Open Skins. The inventory groups pieces by rarity, including Unlockable and Mythic counts.
- Select the skin. Skis, and any trail on that skin, update in the hub.
No cooldown is described for swapping a skin you already own.
Salvage and craft
In Skin Inventory, the blue SALVAGE button opens Materials and Shards. The same screen can switch among Inventory, Salvage, and Craft.
Shards are tracked in seven tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Specialty. Salvaging returns shards of the skin's rarity. The Mythic skin FrankSki is the published example: scrapping it shows +2 Mythic Shards. Other amounts are not listed, so read the REWARD line before you confirm.
Unlockable skins tied to Ascend are easy to lose this way. Check the unlock text before you scrap TesterPensil or Purple Nebula.
TRADE sits next to salvage. It needs another player in the server.

Prism Low Poly is listed at 200 Coins, Uncommon. Purple Nebula is listed as Mythic at 100 Ascend, with a trail. TesterPensil is listed as an unlock for a second Ascend at level 200.
Codes that grant cosmetics
alpha1 is reported to give the Franklin Skin, Franklin Trail, and 1,500 Coins. iloveskiing is reported to give the Omega Skin, Skier Trail, and Skier Title. Redeem them from the Codes tab, then equip Franklin or Omega from Skins if you want them on the hill.
